Why are there so many?
This enormous amount is not a coincidence, but a vital reserve:
Jump-start for life: After fertilization, the egg cell must divide multiple times to become an embryo. In the first few days (up to the blastocyst stage), however, no recurrence of mitochondria. The existing powerhouses are simply divided among the new cells.
Energy for cell division: Chromosome segregation is an extremely energy-intensive process. If there is insufficient energy (ATP), chromosome missegregations (aneuploidies) occur more frequently – this is the main reason why fertility declines with age.
The «bottleneck» from 40 onwards

- Ratio A combination drug in a ratio 40:1 is considered the most effective.
Vitamin D3 & K2
- Effect Strictly speaking, vitamin D is a prohormone. An optimal level (above 40–50 ng/ml) is essential for implantation in the uterus.
- Important: Always take in combination with K2 to regulate calcium absorption.
Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA/DHA)

Important notice: Naturopathy often needs 3 to 6 months Lead time, as an egg cell needs about 90 to 120 days to mature under the new, optimized conditions. Of course, pregnancy can also occur before then, depending on the reason why it hasn't worked out so far.
Best time
After ovulation, the egg is only viable for about 12 to 24 hours fertile.
However, sperm can live for up to 5 days the „fertile window“ for a total of about 6 days. The best time is shortly for ovulation.

The fertilized egg cell develops into new stem and tissue cells, which are responsible for building organs and for repair processes later in life.
