Your compass for challenges
„Consciousness also means recognizing when we're putting energy into fights we can't win – and when we have the power to change everything. The Principle of Three Paths helps you find clarity:
Change it Recognize your creative power. Where can you actively take responsibility and turn things around for the better?
Accept it Find inner peace with the unchangeable. True acceptance is not surrender, but a conscious act of inner freedom.
Let it be Sometimes, consciousness also means recognizing that a place, a job, or a relationship no longer aligns with your energy. Move on with love to make space for new things.“
Excerpt from the book by Marcus Hölzl "What the Cell Wants to Eat: The Keys to Health, Vitality, and Longevity Through Natural Nutrition"
Personal responsibility
We should be 100 percent aware of our personal responsibility for our bodies and health and not rely on blind trust in the public healthcare system, the media and our governments.
Basic trust
We can return to our primal trust. By this, I mean: we can learn again (or perhaps better put: remember) that nature is perfect and in fact represents the best pharmacy.
Drink water
We drink far too little and often suboptimal water, in terms of its quality, structure and informational content.
Indulgences
We consume too many stimulants: alcohol, nicotine and coffee dehydrate our bodies and flood them with toxins that our cells can only remove with great effort.
Movement
We don't move enough. In industrialized countries, every second person – that is to say, no less than half the population – suffers from a lack of exercise. Regular exercise, for example, is one of the most important prerequisites for the body's natural detoxification process.
Stress
We have too much stress. Our lives are externally shaped by the maxim „faster, higher, further, more!“ and internally by worried thoughts. Both constantly release stress hormones and prevent us from deep relaxation phases - especially during sleep.
Alkaline Diet
We eat too acidic, meaning too low in vital electrons. We can promote an alkaline, electron-rich environment in the body through what we eat. This primarily requires plants, plant extracts and mushrooms, of which people today eat too little in favor of processed foods.Â
