This AI assistant (hereinafter referred to as „Assistant“) is based on the Botpress platform and uses artificial intelligence algorithms to generate automated responses to user inquiries. The assistant is for informational purposes only and does not constitute binding advice (e.g., medical advice).

Important notice: The assistant's responses are machine-generated.

• No warranty No guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the generated content.

• Disclaimer: Any liability for damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of the assistant or reliance on its responses is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This applies in particular to material or non-material damages.

• User Verification Obligation The user is obligated to verify critical information with independent sources or qualified professionals before further use.

3. User Obligations

The user agrees not to misuse the assistant. The following are particularly prohibited:

• The input of third-party personal data without their consent.

• Entering highly sensitive data (e.g., passwords, bank details, health data).

• Attempt to bypass AI safety measures („prompt injection“).

5. Availability

There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability of the assistant. The service may be changed, restricted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
